The Alderwood Water and Wastewater District (District) maintains a list of eligible contractors wishing to perform small works contracts for the District. Small works contracts can be up to $300,000, including sales tax, and require prevailing wages be paid. Type of work may include but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, utility work (all aspects of water and sewer including installation/repair/ rehabilitation- conventional and Trenchless), roofing, fencing and other types of public works utility projects.

Refer to the small works roster package/application for a more extensive list. Contractors currently on the list need not reapply, however contractors are responsible for keeping information current with the District. Contractors may verify their status by viewing the small works roster or to obtain a small works roster package/application to the District's website.
