  • Payments can be mailed to us in the envelope provided in your statement or to our District Office at 3626 156th ST SW, Lynnwood WA 98087
  • Customers can sign up for Autopay.  Autopay will deduct the exact amount of your bill on your due date bi-monthly.
  • Payments can be made by credit card or electronic check by phone or on our website.  Please see below for more information.

Pay Your Bill Online Or By Phone

Alderwood Water and Wastewater District is now offering payment options for our customers through Paymentus Corporation.  Paymentus Corporation is a third party automated payment service that accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and e-check.



You can pay your bill anytime,
 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 
Paymentus will charge a $4.50 service fee for each transaction up to $300

What do I need to make a payment?

  • Your 10 digit Alderwood Water & Wastewater District Account number.
  • The balance owed on your bill.
  • Your credit/debit card or check routing information.
  • Valid E-mail address for confirmation receipt (Online Payment only)

How do I make a payment?

  • Call toll free 1-866-899-1313 or
  • Click on the Make a one time payment on the right or click here to go to a secure third party website at Paymentus Corporation
  • Login to your eCare account and select Pay your bill here at the top of the screen. Click here to login to your account.



Why is there a service fee?

  • Paymentus charges a fee to use this service 
  • The fee covers payment handling and processing charges.

Is Alderwood Water & Wastewater District getting any part of this fee?

  • Alderwood Water and Wastewater District does not receive any part of the service fee.
  • Paymentus Corporation is an independent company providing a service for Alderwood Water & Wastewater District.
